New Direction Damate
A new investment project on the production of lamb has been launched in Stavropol region.
The project is implemented in the framework of the investment agreement between the group of companies "Damate" and the government of Stavropol region. Currently, two credit lines have already been opened for the project operator (LLC "Stavropol farmer") in the amount of 360 million rubles.
"Damate" will build a meat-slaughterhouse on new modern technologies in the village Progress in Stavropol Krai. The planned increase in capacity in the production of lamb to 15 thousand tons per year will contribute to the economic development of the region.
The products will be certified according to Halal and kosher standards. Its deliveries are planned to be carried out on the Russian market, as well as exported to Israel, the Middle East and North Africa.
This project is a good example of how the export potential increases the demand for agricultural products of domestic production and improves the quality of life in rural areas. The commissioning of the new complex will create about 300 new jobs for local residents. We believe that in this case the company has chosen the right product strategy, taking into account the global demand.
