По состоянию на 19 августа 2016 года сельскохозяйственными организациями Забайкальского края реализовано 303 тонны, или 67,5% произведенной шерсти. Как отмечают специалисты, в текущем году основной объем реализации шерсти приходится на Черногорскую фабрику и агинское предприятие «Руно», соответственно 45% и 39%.При этом марочная продукция овцеводов становится все более востребованной. «Если в 2010 году цена одного килограмма шерсти высших сортов не превышала 40 рублей, то нынче стоимость тонкорунной шерсти высших сортов достигает 150 рублей за килограмм», - рассказала начальник отдела животноводства Альбина Баранова. Anniversary is met with full barns |

This year one of the major agricultural enterprises "Kirovskiy" celebrates 65 years. Currently there are 2 700 heads of cattle, more than 36 thousand sheep of the Grozny and Kalmyk breeds, there is also a herd of horses, camels and goats. The enterprise is proud of its close-knit team on a permanent basis; it employs more than two hundred people, most of which are hereditary workers of fields and farms. Thanks to the skillful leadership of General Director Mr. Badma Gariaev, honored worker of agriculture of the Russian Federation, "Kirovskiy" has become one of the most stable and profitable farms not only in the district, but also in the Republic. These days the stud farm is busy with the fodder for the coming winter cattle. This multi-faceted process managed by the chief agronomist Minyan Naranov. Over the years he has established himself as a competent specialist, passionate about his job, a man who loves his home land. According to the chief agronomist it’s been harvested more than 2 thousand of fodder. About 1200 tons of hay was harvested in the estuaries, 430 tons of high quality alfalfa hay, oats and Sudan grass was taken from the land, irrigated with modern setting "Bauer".
